Ingredients:
- 2 pounds beef chuck steak, diced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 large onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 6 large potatoes, peeled, diced
- 5 tablespoons mild curry powder
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons grainy wine mustard
- 2 small jars pasta sauce
Method:
- Select Sauté option. Add oil, garlic, and onions to the pot and sauté until golden brown.
- Add beef, mustard and potatoes until beef browns
- Add rest of the ingredients.
- Close lid. Select Meat option. When the meat cycle is over, open the lid and stir.
- Serve over cooked rice.
