Ingredients:
- 5 ½ ounces canned, condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon onion soup mix
- 1/3 pound beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch pieces
- ½ tablespoon quick cooking tapioca
- 1 tablespoon beef broth
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to instant pot.
- Close lid and set Meat option. Open the lid when the Meat cycle is complete.
- Mix well.
- Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes.
