Ingredients:
- 3/4 pound beef round steak, boneless, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 medium carrots, sliced into 1/2 inch thick rounds
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup frozen sugar snap peas, frozen, thawed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon granules
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
- Cooked rice to serve
Method:
- Add beef, carrots, bell pepper, sugar snap peas, garlic, onion, ginger, soy sauce, beef bouillon granules, salt and pepper to the instant pot.
- Close lid and set Meat option. Open the lid when the Meat cycle is completed.
- Mix well.
- Serve with hot rice.
