Ingredients:
- 2 pounds shoulder veal roast
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano or thyme
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 cups water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Season veal with salt and pepper.
- Set Sauté option. Add butter, veal and onion. Cook until brown.
- Add oregano and water.
- Close the lid. Select Manual option and set the timer for 30 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
