Ingredients:
- 2 pounds pork shoulder, boneless, cut into 2 pieces
- 1 cup barbecue sauce or to taste, divided
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
Method:
- Select Sauté option. Add oil, and pork to the pot and sauté until brown
- Add rest of the ingredients and stir.
- Close the lid and select Manual option and timer for 35 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Shred with fork. Add it back to the pot. Add remaining BBQ sauce and simmer using Sauté option
- Serve with toasted dinner rolls.
