Ingredients:
- 2 cups Anasazi beans, soaked in water overnight, drained
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet paprika paste
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cherry pepper paste
- 2 red jalapeno, minced
- 12 inches venison sausage with jalapeno, thinly sliced
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 4 teaspoons French mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to instant pot. Add enough water to just cover the ingredients. Stir.
- Close the lid and select Manual option and set the timer for 35 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
