Ingredients:
- 2 cups lentils, rinsed
- 1 sausage, chopped
- 2 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 bouillon cube
- 3 cups water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Select Sauté option. Add oil onion and bacon to the pot and sauté until brown.
- Add rest of the ingredients and stir.
- Close the lid and select Manual option and set the timer for 60 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
