Ingredients:
- 2 pounds pork shoulder
- 1/2 can crushed or cubed pineapple in water
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to instant pot.
- Close lid and set Slow cook option and timer for 3 hours. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Remove the pork and place on your cutting board. Shred the pork using forks.
- Add it back to the pork. Select Sauté option and heat thoroughly.
