Ingredients:
- 2 turkey thighs, skinless
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup sesame ginger stir fry sauce
- 8 ounces broccoli slaw mix, shredded
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 8 flour tortillas (8 inches each), warmed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Method:
- Spray the inside of the instant pot with cooking spray.
- Mix together in a bowl, sauce, water, salt and pepper. Pour it all over the turkey.
- Close the lid. Select Slow cook option and set the timer for 3 hours. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- When done, remove the turkey with a slotted spoon and place on your cutting board. Shred using forks and add it back to the pot.
- Add broccoli slaw. Mix. Cover and set aside for 5 minutes. Remove turkey and slaw mixture using a slotted spoon and place over each of the tortillas.
- Sprinkle green onions, roll and serve. Serve the sauce remaining in the pot as a dip with the wraps.
