Ingredients:
- 3 turkey thighs, trimmed of fat
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons dried mixed herbs
- 1/4 cup flour mixed with 1/2 cup water
Method:
- Select Sauté option. Add turkey and sauté until brown.
- Add rest of the ingredients except flour mixture.
- Close lid. Set Poultry option and timer for 60 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Add flour mixture and simmer using Sauté option until thick.
