Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes, cubed
- 2 pounds duck, chopped
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 2 inch ginger, sliced
- 6 cloves garlic, sliced
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/3 cup rice wine
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Select Sauté option. Add turkey and sauté until brown.
- Add rest of the ingredients except potatoes.
- Close the lid. Select Poultry option and set the timer for 60 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Add potatoes. Set Manual option and timer for 5 minutes.
