Ingredients:
- 12 lamb loin chops
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
- 1/2 cup water
Method:
- Mix oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Rub this mixture over the lamb chops.
- Place the onions at the bottom of instant pot. Place the lamb chops over it.
- Sprinkle garlic over the lamb chops. Pour water.
- Close lid. Set Slow cook option and timer for 3 hours. When done, let the steam release naturally.
