Ingredients:
- 3/4 pound small red potatoes, halved
- 1/2 pound kielbasa sausage, cooked, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 pound raw, large shrimp in shells
- 2 fresh cobs of corn, cut into 3 inch pieces
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 2 small onions, quartered
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounce broth
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons Old bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 lemon, halved
- Cooking spray
Method:
- Spray pot with cooking spray. Add all the ingredients except shrimp.
- Close lid. Set slow cook option and cook for 2 hours. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Add shrimp and simmer using Sauté option until tender.
- Sprinkle some more Cajun seasoning and lemon juice and serve.
