Ingredients:
- 2 pounds small shrimp, peeled, deveined
- 1/2 pound snow peas
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to instant pot.
- Close lid. Set Manual option and set the timer for 2 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- If you find it too watery, then simmer for a while until thicker.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
