Ingredients:
- 6 salmon fillets, pat dried
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons butter
- A handful of dill and parsley, chopped
Method:
- Select Sauté option. Add oil, butter, fillets (in batches) salt and pepper and brown on both sides. Transfer on to a plate.
- Pour sauce ingredients into the pot and heat for 2 minutes.
- Clean pot and pour 1 cup water. Place steamer rack inside and fillets over it.
- Close the lid. Select Steam option and set the timer for 5 minutes.
- Pour sauce over fillets and serve.
