227. Beer Potato Fish

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 pounds fish fillet
• 1 1/2 cups beer
• 6 medium potatoes, cubed
• 1 large red pepper, sliced
• 1 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce
• 1 1/2 tablespoons oil
• 1 1/2 tablespoons rock candy
• Salt to taste

Method:

• Add all the ingredients to instant pot and stir.
• Close lid. Set Bean/Chili option.
