Ingredients:
- 1/2 a 28 ounce can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 a package (6 ounce package) long grain, wild rice mix
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 a 14 ounce can chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined
- Hot pepper sauce to taste
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Add all the ingredients except shrimp to instant pot.
- Close lid. Set Slow cook option and timer for 3 -3 1/2 hours.
- Add shrimp. Close lid. Set Slow cook option and timer for 30 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
