Ingredients:
- 8 tilapia fillets
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter, chopped into 8 small cubes
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons parsley, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
Method:
- Place foil at the bottom of pot. Lay the fillets in the middle of the instant pot. Sprinkle salt and pepper over it.
- Place a cube of butter on each of the fillet. Sprinkle the minced garlic and parsley over the fish.
- Wrap foil all around the fish. Seal it well.
- Close lid. Set Slow cook option and timer for 2 hours. When done, let the steam release naturally.
