Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds shrimp, deveined, shelled
- 9 ounces tomato paste
- 24 ounce canned diced tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 tablespoons parsley, minced
- 1/2 cup parmesan, cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Method:
- Add all the ingredients except shrimp and cheese to instant pot.
- Close lid. Set Slow cook option and timer for 3 -3 1/2 hours. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Add shrimp. Close the lid. Select Slow cook option and set the timer for 30 minutes. Serve over spaghetti garnished with cheese.
