Ingredients:
- 24 ounces blue hake fish, thawed
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Place fish in the instant pot. Mix together rest of the ingredients and place over fish.
- Close the lid. Select Manual option and set the timer for 3 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
