Ingredients:
- 1 large onion, chopped into big pieces
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 4 new potatoes, sliced
- 1 zucchini, cubed
- 1 large carrot, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 small bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Select Sauté option. Add oil, onions, bell pepper, celery and garlic and sauté until tender.
- Add rest of the ingredients and stir.
- Close lid. Set Manual option and timer 5 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Drain extra liquid and serve.
