Ingredients:
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cups cauliflower florets
- 10 ounce Alfredo pasta sauce
- 1 cup Swiss cheese
- 2 teaspoons dried herbs (oregano or thyme or basil or mix them)
- Black pepper powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- A handful of ranch flavored almonds, sliced (optional) to serve
Method:
- Add all the ingredients except almonds to instant pot.
- Close lid. Set Slow cook option and timer for 3 hours. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Stir, sprinkle almonds and serve.
