Ingredients:
- 1 container extra firm tofu, pressed of excess moisture, chopped into 1 inch cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to the instant pot.
- Close lid. Select Slow cook option and set the timer for 2 1/2 hours. When done, let the steam release naturally.
