Ingredients:
- 4 large russet potatoes, scrubbed
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Method:
- Pour 1 1/2 cups water in instant pot.
- Place potatoes in a bowl. Place steamer rack inside the pot and potatoes over it.
- Select Steam option and timer for 15 minutes.
- Remove extra steam when done.
- When cool, prick potatoes with fork.
- Drizzle oil over it. Grill for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle salt and cheese. Drizzle sour cream and serve.
