Ingredients:
- 2 pounds mushrooms, halved or quartered according to the size
- 2 medium onions, halved, thinly sliced
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable stock
- 3 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sour cream
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Method:
- Add all the ingredients except sour cream and parsley to instant pot.
- Close lid. Select Manual option and timer for 5 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Add sour cream and stir.
- Sprinkle parsley and serve with bread or pasta.
