Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 2 onions, quartered
- 6 medium potatoes, quartered
- 4 large carrots, sliced
- 1 1/2 cans (10.75 ounces each) condensed tomato soup
- 2 cups water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Make small meatballs of the ground beef.
- Add rest of the ingredients to the instant pot. Gently lower the meatballs into the pot.
- Close the lid. Select Manual option and set the timer for 15 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
