Ingredients:
- 2 pounds lamb stew meat, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
Method:
- Select Sauté option. Add oil.
- Add lamb to the pot and sauté until brown.
- Add rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
- Close the lid. Select Stew option and timer for 40 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Stir and serve in bowls.
