Ingredients:
- 1 pound pork shoulder, boneless, cubed
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 1/2 pound potatoes, diced
- 1 jar (12 ounces) mushroom gravy
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Select Sauté option. Add oil.
- When oil is heated, add pork to the pot and sauté until brown. Drain excess fat.
- Add rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
- Close the lid. Select Stew option and set the timer for 40 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Stir and serve in bowls.
- Serve with bread.
