Ingredients:
- 2 pounds turkey stew meat
- 2 pounds chuck roast, cubed
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 habanero chilies, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 3 medium carrots, peeled, cubed
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup bacon, cooked (optional) to serve
Method:
- Select Sauté option. Add oil.
- When oil is heated, add onions and garlic to the pot and sauté until translucent. Add turkey and sauté until brown.
- Add rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
- Close the lid. Select Stew option and set the timer for 40 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Garnish with bacon and serve in bowls.
