Ingredients:
- 3 cups baking mix
- 4 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons onion, minced
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder or garlic salt, add more if you like a stronger garlic flavor
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- Cooking spray
Method:
- Spray the inside of the instant pot with cooking spray.
- Add all ingredients except 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese to a bowl and mix well.
- Pour the batter into the cooker. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese over the batter.
- Close lid. Set Slow cook option and timer for 1 hour. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Slice and serve as desired.
