Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 pounds russet potatoes, peeled, cut into 3/4 inch thick slices
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- White pepper powder to taste
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- Water as required
Method:
- Add water to the cooker. Add potatoes to it.
- Close the lid. Set Manual option and timer for 10 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Drain the potatoes and discard the water. Add the potatoes back to the pot.
- Add butter and milk. Close lid and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper. Mash the potatoes with a potato masher until smooth and creamy.
- Serve as desired.
