Ingredients:
- 2 pounds tender, green beans, rinsed, trimmed
- 2 slices bacon
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 mushrooms, sliced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
Method:
- Select Sauté option. Add bacon to the instant pot. Cook until crisp. Crumble and set aside.
- Add beans, garlic, chicken broth, mushrooms, salt and pepper and stir.
- Stir and close the lid. Select Steam option and timer for 10 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Serve with meat.
