Ingredients:
- 2 pounds collard greens, rinsed
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 pound bacon, chopped
- Salt, pepper and crushed red chili to taste
Method:
- Select Sauté option. Add oil. When oil is heated, add bacon and cook until brown.
- Add rest of the ingredients to the pot. Mix well.
- Close the lid. Select Manual option and set the timer for 5 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
