Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 medium heads broccoli, chopped into florets
- 2 inches ginger, sliced
- 2 large cloves garlic, lightly crushed
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
Method:
- Select Sauté option. Add oil.
- When oil is heated, add ginger and garlic to the pot and sauté until golden. Add broccoli and sauté until bright green in color.
- Add rest of the ingredients to the pot. Mix well.
- Close the lid. Select Manual option and set the timer for 2 minutes.
- Quick release excess pressure and serve.
- If there is too much liquid in the pot, select sauté option and simmer until dry.
