Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds lima beans, soaked in 10 cups water overnight
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 1/2 tablespoons corn syrup
- Pepper powder to taste (optional)
Method:
- Add beans with water and salt to instant pot.
- Select Manual option and timer for 6 minutes.
- Drain and add beans back to pot. Add brown sugar, butter, dry mustard, sour cream, pepper and corn syrup and stir.
- Select Manual option and set the timer for 10 minutes.
- Quick release excess steam.
- Serve hot.
