Ingredients:
- 3 ounces turkey breast tenderloins, cut into 3/4 inch piece
- 1 slice bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/4 cup carrots, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup uncooked wild rice, rinsed, drained
- 1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper powder
Method:
- Select Sauté option.
- Add bacon to the instant pot. Sauté until brown. Remove from the pot and set aside.
- Add oil to the pot. Add turkey in batches and sauté until brown.
- Add bacon, carrots, celery, onions, broth, wild rice, marjoram, salt and pepper except sour cream and stir.
- Close the lid and select Manual option and set the timer for 30 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Add sour cream, stir and serve.
