Ingredients:
- 6 pork chops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 potatoes, peeled, sliced
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups dry white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 bay leaves
- Cooking spray
Method:
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Select Sauté option. Spray instant pot with cooking spray. Add chops and cook until brown. Transfer on to a plate.
- Add stock to the pot and scrape any brown bits that are stuck to the pot.
- Place half the potato and onion slices in layers in the instant pot. Place 2 bay leaves. Season with a little salt, pepper and nutmeg. Place chops over the onions and a bay leaf over the pork.
- Layer with the remaining potato and onions. Season again. Pour wine all over inside the pot.
- Close the lid. Select Manual option and set the timer for 10 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
