Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless round steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/2 cup uncooked wild rice, rinsed, drained
- 1/2 cup carrots, peeled, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 1/4 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1/4-cup almonds, slivered
- 1 1/2 cups water
Method:
- Add steak, wild rice, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, beef bouillon cubes, seasoned salt, almonds and water to the instant pot.
- Close the lid and select Meat option. When the meat cycle is completed, open the lid.
- Mix well and serve.
