Ingredients:
- 2 pounds haddock or white fish, chopped into chunks
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 pound potatoes, peeled, chopped into chunks
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups half and half
- 3 cups chicken stock
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
Method:
- Add fish, onion, potatoes, milk, water, stock, salt and pepper to the instant pot.
- Close the lid. Select Manual option and set the timer for 8 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Add half and half. Stir and serve.
