Ingredients:
- 1 large onion, cut into round slices, separate into rings
- 1 1/4 pounds beef briskets, trimmed of fat, cut crosswise
- 6 tablespoons bottled chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup beer
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 submarine rolls, slit horizontally
Method:
- Rub brisket with pepper and garlic.
- Place in the instant pot. Add onions, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, beer, garlic, pepper, and brown sugar and stir.
- Close the lid. Set Manual option and set the timer for 40 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Remove brisket from the pot and shred using forks.
- Add it back to the pot and simmer using Sauté option.
- Place in between the rolls and serve.
