Ingredients:
- 6 ounces turkey breast, skinless, boneless, cut into 1/2 inch strips
- 60 ounces packaged refrigerated mashed potatoes
- 5 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
- 6 ounces turkey gravy
Method:
- Place turkey strips in the instant cooker. Pour gravy over it. Sprinkle thyme.
- Close lid. Select Manual option and timer for 6 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- When done, place the mixed vegetables over the turkey.
- Place the mashed potatoes over the vegetables.
- Close the lid. Select Manual option and set the timer for 5 minutes.
