Ingredients:
- 2 cups grated carrots or cabbage
- 5 cups milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons vanilla custard powder mixed with 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
Method:
- Add cabbage or carrot, milk and sugar to the instant pot. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Close the lid. Set on Manual option and timer for 5 minutes.
- Let the steam release naturally.
- Select Sauté option and simmer.
- Add custard powder mixture and stir constantly until it thickens.
- Switch off the pot.
- Pour into custard cups. Chill until use.
- Garnish with almonds and serve.
