Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons butter or coconut oil
- 6 cups pureed pumpkin
- 1 ½ tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 4 cups coconut milk
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey or palm sugar
- 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 6 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Method:
- Grease the inside of the instant pot with a little coconut oil or butter.
- Add all the ingredients and stir.
- Close the lid. Set on slow cook option and set the timer for 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve warm.
