Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups tapioca pearls, rinsed, drained
- 3 3/4 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup water
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to a heatproof dish that is smaller than the instant pot. Mix well.
- Pour 2 cups water into the pot.
- Place a trivet in it and place the dish on it.
- Close the lid. Set Manual option and timer for 8 minutes.
- When the timer goes off, let the pressure release naturally.
- Stir the contents vigorously and pour into individual serving bowls.
- Chill and serve with berries.
