Ingredients:
- 4 green pears, peeled but retain stems on it
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 pod vanilla bean
- 1/3 cup caster sugar
- 1 whole clove
- 3/4 wine glass of red wine
Method:
- Add all the ingredients except pears to the instant pot. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Place the pears in the pot, standing in the pot.
- Close lid. Set Manual option and timer for 7 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Serve pears in bowl. Pour the cooked wine over it and serve.
