Ingredients:
- 1 pound baby carrots
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter, chopped
- Cooking spray
Method:
- Spray the inside of instant pot with cooking spray.
- Place carrots in the pot. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and sugar all over the carrots.
- Place butter pieces at different places on the carrots.
- Close lid. Set Slow cook option and timer for 2 hours. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Stir. Garnish with parsley and serve.
