Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sugar or maple syrup or to taste
- 1 pound eddoes, rinsed
Method:
- Pour 1 1/2 cups water in the instant pot. Place the steaming rack in it.
- Place the eddoes in a bowl and place the bowl on the steaming rack.
- Close lid. Select Steam option and set the timer for 8 minutes.
- When done, remove from the pot and cool. Peel the skin.
- Roll in sugar or maple syrup and serve.
