Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar or honey or maple syrup
- A pinch of sea salt
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped into small pieces
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to the instant pot. Mix well.
- Set on slow cook option and set the timer for 1 hour. Do not stir at all.
- Let it cool to room temperature. Now stir constantly for a few minutes.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased tin.
- Cover and refrigerate until the fudge is set. Chop into squares and serve.
