Ingredients:
- 1 egg, at room temperature
- 1 block cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/4 teaspoon orange extract
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/3 box Graham crackers, crushed
Method:
- Add crackers and butter to a small spring form pan. Mix well and press it onto the bottom and a little on the sides. Freeze for a while.
- Blend together rest of the ingredients until smooth.
- Pour over the crust.
- Place a trivet inside the instant pot. Pour 2 cups of water to the cooker. Place the dish on the trivet.
- Close the lid. Set Manual option and timer for 17-20 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
