Ingredients:
- 7 ounces dark bitter sweet chocolate, chopped into chunks
- 7 ounces fresh cream
- 2 teaspoons amaretto liquor (optional)
- 2 teaspoons sugar (optional)
Method:
- Pour 2 cups of water to the instant pot. Place the steamer rack inside the pot.
- Add all the ingredients to a heatproof bowl. Place the bowl on the rack.
- Close the lid. Select Manual option and set the timer for 2 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Remove the dish from the pot.
- Whisk vigorously until smooth. Serve with fruits or cookies.
